Jade Mountain has a nearby plantation, Emerald, and grows cocoa, vegetables, herbs and spices, many of which are used in the Resort's kitchens.
Experience chocolate at Jade Mountain. After an decadent chocolate dessert I ordered plate of home made house chocolates to go! Chocolate is made at the on-site chocolate lab and for chocolate lovers there are Spa Treatments with Chocolate for complete indulgence.
From the Caribbean The Jade Mountain Resort is visible above its sister resort Anse Chastanet which peaks through the jungle canopy. A remarkable structure, the guest sanctuaries are spacious and constructed with 15 foot ceiling, and open wall that allows views to the Piton Mountains, a world heritage site, and to the Caribbean Ocean.
