Embarking on a journey with you and your crew should offer utmost comfort in every seat, seamlessly blending technology, exquisite design, and opulent luxury. While a handful of luxury SUVs offer a so-called third row that may suffice for a brief excursion, the inaugural Lexus TX redefines the standard, presenting a serene, inviting, and spacious cabin, able to accommodate up to seven passengers.
“It’s only human to want the best seat in the house. And it’s only Lexus to make every seat the best seat,” said Dejuan Ross, group vice president and general manager of Lexus Division. “This is a pivotal moment for our brand, creating an elegant and indulgent vehicle experience for every passenger. TX prioritizes comfort in every row and embodies our steadfast commitment to electrification, technology, performance, and design.”
Approaching the TX for the first time, it’s the striking yet distinctive design that unmistakably identifies it as a Lexus. This captivating aesthetic isn’t just a visual triumph; it’s a testament to heightened efficiency and steadfast handling. This achievement also gave birth to the innovative Lexus “Unified Spindle,” seamlessly blending elements of Lexus’ early design ethos. The headlights are elegantly connected by a slender aperture that traces beneath the hood’s leading edge, harmonizing with a low-set grille to form a seamless spindle motif. This streamlined front end was meticulously crafted to optimize aerodynamic performance while conveying a sense of substance and bolstering cooling efficiency.
Moving to the rear, the TX boasts a clean, uncluttered appearance, courtesy of a slender signature L-shaped light bar that mirrors the contemporary and resolute impression established at the front, culminating in a commanding silhouette. The cabin silhouette, characterized by its blackout rear pillar and arrow-shaped accents, imparts a sleek and refined design.
Now inside, the TX’s driver-focused cockpit design and available 12.3 multi-information display enable a deeper connection to instill confidence and control in the driver. Opening the door with just a touch of the Digital Latch, TX welcomes passengers with available multi-colored illumination accents and door trim options. Driver controls, like the available head-up display (HUD), enable smooth lines of sight to minimize driver distraction. Lexus Interface comes standard on the TX with a 14-inch Multimedia Touchscreen Display, which provides easy-to-use controls and clear information to the driver and front-seat passengers. The 2024 TX also comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay® Integration and Android Auto® compatibility. Available with all power trains, the 21-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System is tuned for the TX cabin to deliver high-quality sound.
The 2024 TX is available in four grades: Standard, Premium, Luxury, and F SPORT Performance, for you wheel lovers the 20-inch wheels for standard, Premium, and Luxury grades, but go for that powerful look, 22-inch wheels that are available for the TX 350 Luxury grade and come standard on the 550h+, Now our 500h F SPORT Performance came with standard 22-inch wheels that sport an exclusive design.
Spending time in TX with six others was an easy experience thanks to storage areas throughout the cabin, including our available center console for the second row when equipped with captain chairs. This removable semi-console box is used to store phones as well as bottles by installing the removable cupholders.
