A Family and Fashion Legacy

Fendi has consistently pushed the boundaries of design while honoring its Italian roots. The centennial celebration not only marked 100 years of excellence but also highlighted Fendi’s enduring influence and adaptability in the ever-changing fashion landscape.

The Fall/Winter 2025-26 collection was orchestrated by Silvia Venturini Fendi, the granddaughter of the founders and a pivotal force in the brand’s evolution. Drawing inspiration from personal memories and the house’s extensive archives, Venturini Fendi crafted a collection that paid homage to the brand’s legacy while infusing modern sensibilities. Rather than relying on direct archival references, she channeled the emotions and familial narratives that have shaped Fendi’s identity over the past century.

Nonna-Core

The collection, aptly themedNonna-Core, was a nostalgic nod to the ’70s, reflecting the era’s earthy tones and relaxed silhouettes. It featured 86 meticulously crafted looks that blended historical motifs with contemporary design elements. Outerwear played a starring role, with oversized shearling coats lined with cashmere, structured wool capes, and sculptural leather trenches reinforcing Fendi’s mastery of luxury craftsmanship. Fluid knitwear in warm neutrals was layered effortlessly, while sharply tailored separates in deep browns and charcoal exuded understated sophistication. The reintroduction of the iconic Spy Bag, a beloved accessory from the early 2000s, exemplified the brand’s ability to reinvent classic pieces for the modern consumer.

Fendi’s Fall/Winter 2025 fashion show was a testament to its enduring legacy and capacity to innovate while honoring its rich history. Fendi demonstrated why it remains a cornerstone of luxury fashion, poised to influence and inspire for the next century. Fendi.
