Ami FW 24 Men
The Ami Fall/Winter 2024 collection for men, designed by Alexandre Mattiussi, modernized French elegance by adding a distinct relaxed, modern twist. The show presented a vision of Parisian morning life, where models embodied various characters stepping out of their apartment building to start their day.
Tailoring took center stage, with an emphasis on shirtless suits that balanced structure with a hint of casual ease. These suits were accompanied by striking outerwear, including oversized coats and trench coats made from luxurious fabrics like wool and cashmere. Some of the overcoats featured large black or golden buttons, adding a touch of opulence to the otherwise understated designs.
Mattiussi also introduced a few playful elements, such as skorts for both men and women and combat culotte pants integrated into masculine tailoring looks. A tailored jumpsuit in gray wool and a sleek two-piece leather suit added to the collection’s versatility, blending classic Parisian chic with a contemporary edge.
